Our Creating Executive Presence workshop focuses on the power of our behaviors to create and limit our executive presence. It is the first step towards becoming a more intentional and influential leader.

Participants “see themselves” - often for the first time - and gain crucial insights as to how they come across to others. Individual strengths and challenges are addressed to make way for clear and actionable steps for leading more confidently, delivering more compelling messages, building stronger relationships, and driving results.

The Creating Executive Presence workshop introduces leaders to the following proven proprietary tools:

  • Our 360-style assessment is an essential first step for participants to clearly see how they are perceived by others and the behaviors that lead to those perceptions. Measured along our Nine Dimensions™ of Executive Presence, the EPLA is completed prior to the workshop and provides context and actionable feedback for immediate and long term growth.

  • This research-based model for understanding, talking about, embodying, and expressing executive presence provides a tangible language for leaders and teams to own and improve upon their individual strengths and challenges.

  • Our five-step Message Architecture framework guides participants in developing clear, concise, and persuasive communications. Participants role-play delivering their message in a video presentation, followed by a constructive debrief with candid, supportive feedback from facilitators and peers.

Sustaining Executive Presence

Deepened Awareness for Continued Action


The Sustaining Executive Presence workshop is designed for organizations truly committed to the on-going success of their leaders. Building from their Creating Executive Presence insights, participants go even deeper into the “backstage” – the motivations, perceptions, and behavioral styles that make them who they are.

Our holistic approach layers data from three additional assessments to provide participants with a comprehensive profile of their strengths, challenges, patterns, and blind spots. Exercises, discussion, and coaching culminates with each leader creating an achievable plan for authentic, continued improvement.

  • The DISC Assessment categorizes behavior into four primary styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness; each style has distinct characteristics that affect how we interact with others and handle various situations. Behaviors that are getting in the way of desired results are pinpointed, and participants explore ways to adapt their behavior to different audiences and goals.

  • The Driving Forces Assessment delves into the core motivators that drive individual behavior, whether it’s a passion for knowledge, a desire for power, or the pursuit of practical results. By uncovering these intrinsic motivators, leaders gain a clear understanding of what propels them forward, both personally and professionally. They see how their core values influence decision-making and leadership style, driving more inspired and effective leadership strategies.

  • Arguably more important than IQ is EQ. This emotional intelligence assessment provides insights into five core factors: self awareness, self regulation, motivation, social awareness, and social regulation. By understanding these dimensions, leaders can better navigate interpersonal dynamics, manage stress, and make informed decisions under pressure. When layered with insights from DISC and 12 Driving Forces, these findings offer a comprehensive understanding of how to enhance leadership effectiveness and foster deeper connections.

Message Mastery


Clear, actionable messages are the only way to ensure we effectively share a vision, describe the plan for getting there, and motivate others to get on board. Our Message Mastery workshop is all about how to take facts and figures and turn them into clear, resonant messages that connect and drive action. 

Built around our proven Message Architecture™ framework, participants learn to create messages that are clear, audience-focused, and actionable while maximizing their innate tools of self-expression.  We also address ways to tell a more compelling story, and how to create more powerful presentations. 

In order to truly see how they show up, leaders present a prepared message on camera, then review and refine their message with the help of direct, real-time feedback from peers and facilitators.
